I'm competent enough with the Creation Kit in most regards (mainly dealing with objects) and I can learn anything with the right resources, but by no means am I an expert or master at this point. All I really need is to be pointed in the right direction. I realize that may be a very broad question. If there is no such mod, does anyone know how such a thing might be accomplished? I have a feeling that there are not, but I figured I should ask and I ask because for me this behavior (particularly the eye movement) made my PC in Oblivion seem more alive, whereas with Skyrim (and Bethesda's Fallout games, for that matter) the PC just stares straight ahead, unconcerned with its surroundings.
